Welcome to Petra-Notes, we are devoted to restoring the preaching of the Cross to its rightful place as the center piece of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The apostle Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians that the message of the Cross is the power of God. In chapter 2 verse 1 he stated that he was determined not to know anything among them except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. We believe that the decline in genuine conversions and of reverence for Almighty God in our churches in America today, has much to do with the absence of the preaching and teaching of the Cross.
